    (ANI)

Disgraced American World No. 1 golfer Tiger Woods is reportedly working with swing coach Hank Haney in Florida, indicating that he is on course to play competitive golf from next month.

Haney, who has helped Woods win his last six major championships, is in Orlando and plans to spend the next few days working with Woods near his home at Isleworth.

Woods, who has not played competitively in almost four months, began practicing last week, The New York Daily News reports.

Following the current development, the 34-year-old may participate in the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill in Orlando, which starts from April 8.

It is also believed that he can make an appearance at the Tavistock Cup matches, an annual exhibition between PGA Tour residents of Isleworth and Lake Nona, on March 22-23.

The PGA Tour deadline for Woods to enter the Arnold Palmer Invitational is two weeks before the tournament. (ANI)
